Simple (non-exclusive) software license agreement

[Company name], registered in [country] under number [reg. number], address: [address] (the "Licensor"), offers any person (the "User") to enter into an agreement on the terms below. The agreement is concluded without a signature, by payment or by requesting a trial period.

1. Definitions

Robot means a program (Expert Advisor) for the MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 terminals that places trades according to a set algorithm: EUR/USD, GoldenStax, StationWagon, Leprechaun.
License means the right to use one Robot on one trading account, the number of which the User gave when ordering.
Site means the Apex Predator web page. Telegram contact channel means the account @apexpredator24_support.

2. Subject matter

The Licensor grants the User a simple non-exclusive license to the Robot for the term of the chosen plan, and the User pays for it. The exclusive right to the Robot remains with the Licensor.

3. Plans and payment

Plans are listed on the Site: a trial period (14 days, demo account only, free), monthly, quarterly and a perpetual license. The price is fixed at the time of payment and does not change for that order. Payment is made in USDT using the details the Licensor sends on Telegram. The agreement is concluded when the payment is received.

4. Delivery of the Robot

The Licensor sends the Robot file, tied to the account number, together with instructions on Telegram within 24 hours after payment. The account number can be changed on request on Telegram, no more than once a month.

5. Prohibited actions

Passing on, selling or renting the Robot to third parties; running it on an account not named in the order; attempting to decompile or modify the code or remove its protection. In case of breach the license terminates without a refund.

6. Refunds

Before paying, the User may test the Robot for free for 14 days on a demo account. For this reason, once the file has been delivered, payment is not refundable, except where a refund is mandatory under applicable law. If the Licensor fails to deliver the Robot within the period set out in section 4, the payment is refunded in full.

7. Risks and disclaimer of warranties

The Robot is provided "as is". The Licensor does not guarantee profit and is not liable for trading losses, including losses caused by market behavior or by the operation of the broker, the terminal, the internet connection or a VPS. Return figures on the Site reflect past trading history and are not a promise. See also the document "Risks".

8. What we are not

The Licensor sells software. It is not a broker, does not manage the User's money, has no access to the User's account and does not give personalized investment advice. The User makes all trading decisions and settings on their own.

9. Liability

The Licensor's liability under the agreement is limited to the amount the User paid for the relevant License.

10. Term and disputes

The agreement is valid until the end of the plan's term; a perpetual license is valid as long as the User complies with the terms. Disputes are resolved by negotiation on Telegram or by email at info@apexpredator24.com, and then under the law of [country], unless mandatory rules of the User's country of residence require otherwise.
