What data we collect and what we do with it.

1. Who processes the data

[Company name], [country], [address], info@apexpredator24.com (the "Operator").

2. What data

Telegram username and name, correspondence with support, trading account number and broker name, payment data (amount, wallet address, transaction hash). If the User writes in the chat on the Site or submits a form: name, phone number or Telegram username, the text of messages and requests, the selected robot, a technical chat ID (stored in the User’s browser) and IP address (for spam protection). When you visit the Site: cookies and anonymized Yandex Metrica data, including IP address, browser, device and pages viewed.

3. Why

To issue and support the license, answer questions, confirm payments and improve the Site. We do not send mailings without consent.

4. Legal basis

Performance of the agreement (the offer) and the User's consent. Consent is given when the User writes to us on Telegram, ticks the consent box in a form on the Site or keeps using the Site after the cookie notice. It can be withdrawn by email to info@apexpredator24.com.

5. Who we share it with

We sell it to no one. Chat messages and requests from the Site are passed to a manager through Telegram (the Site’s bot). Data passes through services without which the work is impossible: Telegram (communication), Yandex LLC (Metrica), the blockchain network (payment). The Operator is located outside the Russian Federation, so data is transferred across borders. The User agrees to this by contacting us.

6. How long we keep it

While the license is active and for 3 years after it ends, then we delete it. Chat correspondence and requests from the Site are stored on the Operator’s server and in Telegram for the same period. Metrica data is kept under Yandex's rules.

7. User rights

To find out what data we hold about you; to correct or delete it; to withdraw consent. Send a request to info@apexpredator24.com or on Telegram, and we will reply within 10 business days.

8. Protection

Only the Operator has access to the data. The Site works over HTTPS. Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new date.
